Choosing the best MLM

1. Does the company have long term success. What’s in it for you?

Does the company have a long term presence? You should look into one that has been around for at least 3 years. By joining an already established company or one that actually promises a real future, you will be more likely to have long term success. Don’t join some fly by night organization. Do a Google search for the MLM company and gather information, even call or email others already involved and ask questions.

2. What products or services will you be offering? What’s in it for you?

It will be quite difficult to introduce new members into your MLM opportunity if there is no real tangible product or service being sold. If it’s seen as a money making scheme it won’t succeed and people won’t buy into it. People need to be able to sink their teeth into something of value. They, like you will be asking “What’s in it for me?” Keep in mind the economy, people can’t afford high priced lotions, potions or pills right now. They are trying to save money not throw it away. Is there an autoship? Will your garage be stock pilled with product people can’t afford to purchase? Let’s hope not.

3. How will you get paid? What’s in it for you?

You need to look at the compensation plan and make sure that you are comfortable with how company pays out their commissions. Some MLM companies pay weekly, some pay monthly. (Myself, I prefer weekly!) Make sure you are OK with how you are compensated and also that you are bringing in as much as possible in commissions. Even though the “worker bees” are doing the marketing and sales aspect of it, most MLM companies can’t and won’t pay out every penny to the “hive”. (It’s rare but just for the record, I have had 100% commissions month in my business opportunity.)

Now, even if all your ducks are in a row it still doesn’t mean you are going to see success in your venture over night. There is no such thing as immediate success in this industry, you need to actually do the work and put in some real effort into building your organization. “Earn your stripes” as they say. Steer clear of anyone telling you that “it’s easy”, “make $15,000 in a week” It just won’t happen, not right away. It’s now up to you to do your homework, choose a company and build your network.

Last but not least, you are going to want to check into a fantastic marketing system. It’s extremely important for whatever network marketing company you choose. This system will allow you attract new members that you can present your business to on a daily basis.

Bumps in the Road

Today I have been intrigued to write about how easy it is to give up. Today has definitely been one of those days. Problems with one of my relationships, sickness from the weather, and MY HAIR IS LOOKING A MESS!!

Well I could do like I probably would have done 3 years ago and decided to end my relationship as well as lock myself up in the house and miss one the most important events ever given by my company oh and use the excuse but my hair is looking terrible, I CANT GO!!! However, I have decided that I will not let LITTLE road bumps get in my way.

I know that I was designed for a better purpose then to let myself get detoured that easily. Life is never as you expect it to be. Nothing ever goes exactly the way you want it.

What you have to decide is that if you really want to succeed in your relationship, in your finances, in your adventures and goals then you must learn that you must persevere through all your troubles, problems, "road blocks". Nothing is every permanent if you believe it is not. If you are having problems figure the way in which you can solve it and move on!

I am so grateful for my support system that I have. My best friend Monica Denise. I know that although we are totally different in some ways, we are exactly the same in others. She is my savior when it comes to my road blocks and helps me to sit down and realize that everything is not as bad as it seems. I strongly encourage everyone reading this blog to find you someone in your life who can hold you accountable and can help you see the better picture of everything.

Anywho I just figured I share that information. Today is a wonderful exciting day and I am looking forward to seeing all of my Ardyss Family in Las Vegas tomorrow (COLD AND ALL!)

Since joining with the network marketing industry, I must admit that it has totally allowed me the option to open my eyes to limitless opportunities. I can say that I never ever imagined being able to make so much money that I have off of helping other people to achieve their goals. That is exactly what network markting is. For anyone wanting to make a substantial amount of money or even some additional money on the side, I would suggest this industry. However there are things you want to look for when joining a network marketing company.

What do you look for in a network marketing company?

Today we can choose from so many different products or services it can become confusing. Yet we are often distracted by how much we can make based on the compensation plans without a full knowledge and understanding of them.

Most if not all Network marketing companies have:

• Integrity.
• Are Distributor-Driven.
• Have Products & Services people want.
• Great Management.
• Have Some Form of A Compensation Plan.
  

Integrity:

Does the company have it? Do they stand behind their products, services, and their distributors? No outrageous claims or exaggerations. Any company that does not have this does not last very long!

Distributor-Driven:

Does the company make its decisions with the representative and company in mind? Often, companies have to make decisions that are not popular this happens in everyday life in order to survive. They should provide tools a materials to allow you to continue to grow your business and the company.

Products and Services:

The most people in network marketing love their products. It is much easier to promote a product or service when you actually do use and enjoy it. This is where I believe most fail in their marketing; they assume that everyone will see the same value in them.

The sad fact is that most products or services, “and it does not matter where they come from” are really luxury items that consumers can do without. This makes it even more important that there is an active follow up and follow through program for the customers.

Does it have a Duplicative Business System?

This was something that was told to me in the beginning of my network marketing career. While companies do provide some form of duplicatable system, what I’ve found through working with thousands of people is what works for one or a hundred individual will not work for everyone.

So even if your up-line quits it does not mean the end of your business! Today there are so many places to get the network marketing training you need to take you to what ever level you desire.

There are essentially two things you’ll need to be successful:

1. The willingness to learn.
2. The Ability to take action.

Management:

Good management is a must in this business, what is their experience. Think about this for a minute how many times in the past year have you heard of a new startup opportunity? We get them every other day it seems like! Most if not all of these companies are started with management that has little to no experience in network marketing. These companies often do contribute to the high failure rate!

One thing to keep in mind when looking at any company is who will the product or service appeal to? This is so important in order to determine just how our target market will be.

Not all products will appeal to everyone which is one of the reasons our warm market may not be a candidate for either our products or our business opportunity.

So I've decided to start a weight loss challenge with a partner of mine. Reason being is because we realized that one of the number one New Year's Resolution is to lose weight. So the reason I am starting this blog is because if that being one of the number one reasons, then why do we have such a large obesity rate? Losing weight is just too hard.

So we decided to start a group support system in which we will be able to all work together to achieve our goals. Not everyone has the same goals however the ultimate goal should be to increase our health.

I would first suggest trying to see results with behavior changes before you even start looking at the scale.
